No front end after upgrading to 2.13.3

Update

I restored 2.8.3 for now.

New hosting provider allows PHP 5.6 through PHP 8.1

I will likely remove all extraneous modules and attempt an upgrade soon to 2.13.3 this week.
Very likely something simple.  I will post when I find success or when I am having trouble along the way.

Thank you for all the posts and suggestions.  WebsiteBaker is definitely the way forward after attempting to replicate my sites using any other CMS.

maybe another solution for you...

build a file-backup from all the files and folders and a backup from the database and i send a repaired verion back to you
Best solution is a download on your server, Link via PM or from a filehoster like Dropbox etc
