No front end after upgrading to 2.13.3

Help!!  I decided (after suggestions from this forum) to change web hosting.
Upgraded to 2.13.3 with PHP 8.1 and now do not have a front end on a production site.
HELP!!
I do have access to the back end.  Tried several things with no success.

What are the steps you've done?
Wich Version of WB did you Transfer to the new Server?
How did you transfer the files?
Did you make the Upgrade to WB 2.13.3 on old or on new Server?
As you have acess to backend, the database connection seems to work.
Are in the config.php all Pathes correct? You use a domain without www, what is the entry in config.php?
Did you use a .htaccess file? What are the results without a .htaccess?

You can try the following.
Again upload the WB 2.13.3 (r166) Package and the unzip.php to your server and start the unzipping and upgrade Progress again.

Are you shure, you have Access to the backend on the new Server?

Did you export the Database on old Server and import on new Server?
Did you also change in config.php the database configuration to use the new database?

Seems you have no luck with your hosters

Hello,

I have seen, that your page seems to be online again. What was the reason, why the page didn't work?

I Also have seen that you use the old and outdated WB-Theme for the backend. This Theme don't work with WB 2.13.3. Please change your Backend Theme in the Options of WB to "WebsiteBaker Default Theme v.1.4.6" and delete the old WB-Theme.
