Für dieses Problem gibt es ein Patch aus der Entwicklungsabteilu ng.

Es war nicht nur das Modul News betroffen, sondern auch das Modul Form.
Bitte mal testen und Feedback geben, ob es mit der Originalen Versoion 2.13.2 r133 + Patch funktioniert.

it does not work properly here

For me it works with the patch without problems.
I did a reinstall with WB 2.13.2 r133, sorting on form and news do not work.
Patch installed, sorting works for both modules.

Working after replacing modify.php in the module folder
