Localization issues on english

In my testing of the  2.13 release I have noticed multiple occurrences of deutsch where english should be.

So far i have noticed it in the en.php files for the modules below;
Form Module (visible to users of site as send button shows as "Absenden")
jsadmin

Not sure how many other parts of the cms effected so the english localization needs a more thorough check over.

That is all happening with language set to english.
