!! Media with resize option and rename option <-available

For anyone interested, I have a version of the media page that provides in the customer resizing items on upload in a way more friendly way that the core version and it also gives the uploader the possibillity to rename the files on the go...

Note: I hardcoded some dutch descriptions into the files and I probably fkkd up some css if you overwrite your files with mine, please backup the files you are going to overwrite while testing this ...
