WYSIWYG editor missing ?
gbrowne:
Hi,
I set up a website about a year ago and it's been fine.
I just logged in to make a change for the owner and I can't seem to get the WYSIWYG editor.
In admin, I click on the page, it takes me to 'Modify Page', but there is just an HTML text editor. At the top it says "Block: Main ( 1 ) Modul: wysiwyg ID: 1"
I'm sure there was a normal wysisyg editor when I last used this ?
Can anyone please tell me how to enable wysiwyg editing ? The site owner will want to be able to edit pages and knows nothing of HTML !
Thanks Geoff.

Hello, please tell us more about the versions of WB and PHP.
Normally, if something suddenly fails, the hosting provider has changed something on the server. Ask him what's changed since your WB worked well.

Hi dbs,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I should have given more info.
WB V 2.10
Apache Version 2.4.33
PHP Version 5.6.36
MySQL Version 5.6.39
Do I need to load a module to allow wysiwyg editing ?
In addons, modules details I see CKEditor v4.6.2
Details are:
Name: CKEditor v4.6.2
Type: WYSIWYG Editor
Author: Michael Tenschert, Dietrich Roland Pehlke, erpe, WebBird, Marmot, Luisehahne
Version: 4.6.2
Designed For: Website Baker 2.8.3 SP6
Description: includes CKEditor 4.6.2 Standard, CKE allows editing content and can be integrated in frontend and backend modules.
In module details I also see WYSIWYG. Details are:
Name: WYSIWYG v3.0.6
Type: Page
Author: Ryan Djurovich
Version: 3.0.6
Designed For: Website Baker 2.8.3 SP6
Description: This module allows you to edit the contents of a page using a graphical editor
Maybe I need to somehow make it use this one instead of CKEditor ?
Can I select which editor to use for my pages ?
Cheers,
G.

Hi, for me it seems the upgrade was not really successfully.
First hint: Often not all files are uploaded correctly. Load up all 2.10 files again. Start upgrade again via Info button > Upgrade WebsiteBaker
In Settings > General Settings > is CKeditor choosed?
Can you find error messages via X button in top menu?
