Different Tax depending on buyer Province - Canada

In Canada the tax you charge depends on the province that the buyer lives in. Almost every province charges different taxes. And no tax is charged for items shipped out of country. I used OSCommerce many years ago for a web shop and it had Tax Zone capabilities to handle charging tax based on the buyer's (shipping) province.

Is this possible with Bakery?
