I think this thread is the central. On page 1 you find a link.

@Roych: if Christoph find no time for features, there is a modified version of v0.8 in progress with drag'n'drop, multiselect, checkboxes and radios.
But can take a while.

Ok, understand, I will just have to wait for it then. Hopefully it will be ready soon. ;) I think those features will bring a great new deal of possibilities for this module. Thank you

Hello,

How can I add new fields in oneforall_all_items snippet.

All I can fetch is (TITLE and LINK)
I tried to modify include.php but had no success, not a coder :(

I would also like to add (title, link, thumb, field_1 and field_2)

Thank you
R

Hi, what have you tried?

something like this?
Code: [Select]
            <a href="[LINK]" title="[TITLE]" >[TITLE]</a>
            <div class="img-allitems" style="max-width: 100%">
                [THUMB]
            </div>

            <div class="mod_oneforall_allitems_field_1">[FIELD_1]</div>
            <div class="mod_oneforall_allitems_field_2">[FIELD_2]</div>

Not tested in allitems, but in anyitems.

Hi, first: what is the sense of your fullquotes in directly answers?
It makes the thread some confused (my opinion)

Second: It has nothing to do with OneForAll.
The page load jQuery three times.
From ajax.googleapis.com, from folder include/jquery, from template-folder
Only one of them shoud be called.

Try first: deactivate the one from megamenu and the one from footer.
Last try: go to Admin Tools > Output Filter Frontend > uncheck jQuery
( in this case the register_frontend_m odfiles('jquery') should be in the head of your template index.php )

Sorry about the full quotes.

Foollowed your suggestion and all is working again. I tried with removing the jquery from megamenu, but didn't work. I didn't even thought about removing the jquery from footer. Thank you very much. It's working great now. ;)

One more question about mod_oneforall_allit ems, sorry.

Is it possible to sort items on a draggable position an not just ASC and DESC in mod_oneforall_allit ems. Can this be done. I hope it does :)

Thank you

Working with OFA on several projects right now and works great.

Only issue that I'm facing on all those projects is that it's a struggle to re-order the created custom fields when you need an extra field, or you'd like to change the order of the custom fields. With 2 or 3 fields it's not that big of a deal, but with e.g. 10 fields it becomes.

I'm not asking for anything, but may be on future development a drag/drop on custom fields could be on the to-do list.

Kind regards,

Boudi

Hello, you're right.
There is something with drag'n'drop for fields and for images in work.

Hello,

I have a question about OneForAll TopItems
not working in multilanguage site. It always shows just the section from only first language I can't get it to work, no matter what OFA section number I put in. I have two languages but it only shows the top items from only one language.

Thank you

Hi, the section_number is used to find the right modulename.
From all sections with the same modulename will be displaed the first item.
Tested with PHP7, SP7 in a DE/EN-site.

Show us your code.
You can test my droplet: [[ofa-topitems?sid=xxx&max=5]]

Sorry for the late response.
I tried your droplet but it still shows me the news from only the first language, weird. I put in the section number expl. 195 from other language section but it shows me the items from 104. I was using the

Code: [Select]

if (function_exists('oneforall_topitems')) {
oneforall_topitems('104', 1);
}
Code

Thank you

Why is there a 1 in your code?
Can't reproduce your problem. In my test it display 4 first items from 4 german sections and 1 from the one english section.
Which version of ofa?

The 1 is because I need to show only 1 last item in each language. Maybe there is some better way to do this? So when you are in ENG language you will only see 1 last ENG item, and when in DE language also only 1 DE item. Am I doing this right at all?

Thank you

topitems show only the first of all items per section.
how many sections have you? maybe 2, one pro language?
than the number must be 2 or higher, but not 1.

seems you have a oneforall-section for every language, right?
i think you don't need topitems, better would be anyitems. there is section_id + max 1 item right.
you must call it 2 times (one i nevery language-page) with different section_ids.

Yes, anyitems did the trick. It seems to work as was expected. My sections are as you'we said one for each language.

Thank you very much for your help ;)

Any help on this would be appreciated.

In the next version both will be possible. Can't tell you when this will be.
Not long time.

Hello,
I have a question about language change in OFA module. is it possible to change language when on a detail page and stay on detail page and not go to list view on language change?

No. This is the same behaviour as the news module always had. In a multi-language WB configuration, you "link" one page in language A to the corresponding page in language B.
In case of the OFA-pages, both page A and B will be the "overview" URL's.
Since every detailpage in an OFA-module has its own unique URL, it's impossible for WB to know which other detail-page corresponds with that URL.

Look at it from the positive side: now you can have your OFA-pages in every language, but with a different set of sub-pages :-)

New Version of OneForAll:

VERSION 0.9.4 (10/12/2016)

CREDITS
This version was made possible due to a lot of help and support of jacobi22 and dbs.

VERSION HISTORY
  • Added field types code, multiselect, checkbox, switch and radio.
  • Field type code must be allowed in config.php due to security reasons.
  • Added setting to hide item mover.
  • Added setting to still duplicate items even when item mover is disabled.
  • Added field meta description for item detail pages. Adds the title and a meta description to the html header of every item detail page using jquery.
  • Enable/disable item via ajax.
  • Added sorting of item table by clicking the column headers 'id', 'title' and 'enabled'.
  • Added drag&drop sorting to the item images.
  • Added drag&drop sorting to the fields table.
  • Improved image resizing: png images will no longer be converted to jpg images. png images and thumbs now will be saved as png images.
  • Added css styling to the switches, checkboxes and radio buttons of the item table.
  • If "Hide image settings and upload" is checked, no media directory will be generated. Only works, if the option is checked in all module sections.
  • Updated Lightbox2 to v2.8.2 (responsive slideshow).
  • Changed js method to set the Lightbox2 options.
  • Moved css definitions of Lightbox2 to file frontend.css.
… and other minor bugfixes and improvements. See the full list in the info.php file.
