Want to remove certain fields from frontend view

Hi,

What file must I alter to remove e.g. the 'Shipping:' field when looking at a product in the shop? I have a universal shipping fee, and I don't need the individual product shipping field (showing EUR0) in each item.

Also, how can I make 'Postcode' not a mandatory field when a customer registers before checkout? In Ireland, we don't have 'postcodes'!
