New admin theme (Eindhoven)

Hi there really great Admin Theme!

some things there are some .svn Files in the Zip?
-> Under Admin-Tools there is a JS file missing /eindhoven_theme/jquery/toggle_zip.js
-> jquery-tools are not loaded from Theme folder
-> some addons use not calendar_16.png for Calender-Icon - they use "clock_16.png" like "clock_del_16.png"
    so i have to copy your calender icon twice for both kind of modules...and it works!

will further testing...with some other installations
