Tax per country?

Hi,

Since I could not find any answer here it is:

Can I setup different taxes per country? So when a customer is filling out his/her country the specific tax is shown and calculated?

This is because a client wishes this inside their bakery store because they sell throughout Europe (and Europe works with EU countries, non EU countries etc.).
