You should do something about the menu and the (re)sizeing of the site when the content changes....

great design. there is something about the blue box and the photos at the bottom right that looks strange. the blue box is square while it's parents are curved on one side. And the blue box isn't consistant, it is sitting there alone, and it isn't clear why you want to separate out only that portion of the content. You might try making the blue box area the place where the photos sit, instead of a text box that appears on only one page, the photos should be anchored somehow.
