Including User Names in Form Response
« on: September 09, 2010, 09:36:56 PM »
Greetings!

I have set up an intranet type site using WSB and I am trying to figure out how to come up with an electronic signature page which our employees use when they review a new policy (for example). One thing that would be helpful to have would be to have their login username automatically embedded in the form response email. This would help to show the person who sent the form was the person who used the correct username/password.

Any thoughts or other suggestions are appreciated!

You don't mention how the form is being created, but there are WB session variables you can use in an instance like this, eg: $_SESSION['USERNAME']. See http://www.websitebaker2.org/en/help/developer-guide/variables-and-constants.php .
