New template 3colseasy

Hi,

what do you think about an easy template with some documentation.
It should be easy to modify, but as additional benefit it's nice.

Well, that's about the most minimalistic template you can imagine. The menu is not even styled...

I'm working on it.

@spawnferkel
The main DIV is auto, but I will try to implement 960 rule

@Argos
Yes minimalistic, but the main thing is to implement 3 columns and a documentation.
Some guys, which are new to Wbesitebaker, try to modify existing templates.
The have only some experiences with HTML and CSS.
That's why I want to focus on this.
