dropdowm menu with dropdowns always visible

I want to make a menu with a horizontal menu but I need to always displays the submenu items..

can this be done with a dropdownmenu but set to display all subs always?

I tried a zillion things but nothing seems to work

okay, my question was a bit unclear I guess

what I want to do is display a menu like at the bottom of this website

so basically I want to have a dropdown at the top and at the bottom I want to display the same menu but then with all items visible


and as I thought it would be hard it was just display: none; that had to be changed for the 2nd level ...

I guess nobody has done it yet, but I think it is only a styling issue. The showmenu function brings the option of showing all pages (option at position 4):
