Nice Typography it looks clean and fresh.

Try to create more attention to the sliding menu, perhaps make the arrow that vivid red. mayby a background image on the slider. It seems like you are cramming a lot into the one page.

A pet peeve of mine is having to search around for "previous" and "next" links on pages.  You have this issue on your Projects drop down pages.  Because the arrows are at the bottom of the text blocks, and all the text blocks are different sized, the visitor has to look/scroll (move their mouse) to find the arrows on each page.  This would not be an issue, presuming that every visitor is actually reading ALL the text on each page, and then simply clicking the arrow at the end of the paragraphs.  But I know most visitors, myself included, will often click through the pages, and only read what interests them.

Therefore, it would be more user friendly to have the previous and next arrows located in the same position on each page, maybe at the top of the text block, instead of the bottom.

Just a thought.  Thanks for sharing.
