Forum changes

As you may notice, there have been some changes to the forum structure:

1. rearrangements to some boards and forums to have a more logical order
2. small changes to some forum descriptions
3. moving subforums to main level, or merging them with main level forums.
4. moved topics in the Archives that have responses from 2008 and 2009 to the normal forums. The archives now only contain topics from 2007 and before.

You might need to have a look around before reading and posting, but the goal of the changes was to improve usability, so it should not pose a problem to find what you're looking for.
