hi all!

i want to make a snippets code to get a page title and a little of the page's text ( or add a input text in admin page control to have the text from there)

and put the snippet  in the template and show the snippets randomly.

Still not really sure what you want. Do you want the page title of the current page...or some random page? If you want to display 'a little of the pages text' should we assume that all pages have a WYSIWYG section? Other sections? Do you want to display the snippet randomly or to have the snippet display the output from random pages? It's hard to answer a such a vague question...please be much more specific.
