Animated menu?

I need some help with menu!
I'm using Mamboportal template and would like my submenu to be animated or just slide down when I press the button with extra submenu. Is there a way to do that or....? :?
I'm not a coder but I understand a little!

There is a version of the "allcss" template with a flyout menu. That could give you some guidance.
