2.8 Backend-Theme
« on: September 04, 2009, 12:37:24 PM »
Hello,

the new functionality to change the backend-theme is very nice. Also you can flip back to the classic theme if a user gets used to it, or if he finds the symbols, that it uses, more meaningful, like the power-down symbol for log-out.
But it's a pitfall, when the classic-theme hides functionalities like "Upload and unpack a zip archive" on the "Media"-page of the backend.

Greetings

That's wanted this way. And please don't post the same question / comment in 2 places, even if 2 languages are involved.

cheers

Can you please provide more technical information for the reason why it is "wanted this way"?
