Different Templates for Different Languages

Hello I have a site in Hebrew(Israel - Right to left language)
I wanted to make Multilingual site, the problem is that I need a very specific template for Hebrew,
which when used with English for example, looks terrible and aligned not correctly, so I was wondering
if I can have different template for different language, if not, maybe some one can offer better interesting solutions
to my some what interesting situation.

Hello

you can give every page a special template, use the page settings.

If you have some php-skills you can change the template for every language in the index.php
