Menu just like websitebakers site

Hi,

I need to get a site working with the navigation working exactly the same way as the website baker site.
horizontal main menu items
sub menu items down the left, with sub items of these too.
and submenu items that stay visible when you click one of them:

Top menu: Addons
Left Menu: Modules
* Page Modules

Just like here:
http://addons.WebsiteBaker.org/pages/modules/page-modules.php

Please help, my client is insistent that it works this way!

Mainmenu is a static menü (hardcoded) and left menu is achieved by styling. Otherwise it is the standard menucall like explained in the help files (link help above), the designers guide located in the advanced guides.
