Thanks everyone for the ego-lifting replies  :-D

Argos:
The large grey footer just needed to take up space because there isnt much content, so I tried to make the site reach from the top of the window to the bottom...so as to not end abruptly somewhere close to the bottom edge.

Unfortunately, the client doesnt have any real logos, except for the highlands retail center, so they told me to "just put something up". To any of you who have dealt with clients like that, you know it is a)  almost impossible to do and b) not the right way to do something.

I've yet to come across the "perfect" client although I have heard that they exist <fingers crossed>   :lol:

Well at least they're not forcing you to make changes that make you grit your teeth.  ;-)
