Fixed layout of search, removed all tables, styled only with css now.

as this is a 1:1 integration of the CI konform design from CDU this is a relict of the original code. Doesn't matter if it is in or not, but didn't want remove too much original code.

agree with the margin of images. Default css (CI konform read above) sets margin to 0. Will add styles for the fckeditor (wb_fckstyles.xml) so the user can style images by using this styles. This way the original css can stay untouched and for special needs (like the picture on start page) additional styles can be used.
