New Dutch site De Wieksjlaag

Working on a new website for the community in my village. In dutch we call it a "Gemeenschapshuis".

The image in the header still has to be fixed, waiting for some better weather so i can make a new nice picture. What do you think of it this far?

thanks, too bad the customer wants to try the other design some one else made in photoshop, but i totally dont like it, so maybe i'm gonna sell this one or use it for some other site.

Hope when he see's the other design that he doesnt like it either cause it doesnt has the colours or the logo that are being used by the community.

Hi Bramus,

very, very nice. I like your fresh colorscheme and the form of header and footer.

There is one little thing, which could be seen in firefox and opera in the orange part between header and left menu. Kind of shadow or horizontal stripe.

Thanks Uwe, this is due the image slicing in photoshop, it is still in development. But as i said the customer didnt like this very mutch.

He wants a blue concept, why is a strange question to me cause the official logo is also red/orange, and in the blue design is either no logo or the colours in the logo, so i think it is a strange choice. I will have contact with them tomorrow to see why they changed, i think 1 of the chairmen his friends made the concept and he wants to stay friends or something like that.
