Show speciffic page in left menu

Hi

I presume there is something to do this, but i cant seem to find it.

If i want to show just hte content of 1 of my pages, such as opening times in a static column of my site, how do i do this? I pressumes it would be something like show_page (id1)

I Simple have a 3 column layout, left column will show opening times, middle shows main content and right shows menu. I want my client to be able to adjust opening times so have created a hidden page in the backend. But i cant figure how to simply show this page constantly in the left column?

Please help this is driving me nuts :(
