It is a ColdFusion based CMS

Thanks for the comments! I've changed the footer back to the original on the admin. So now is compliant with the licence.  Apart from the cosmetics, there are no other source changes.

I didn't look for any other products called SmartCMS I must admit. Our in-house 'branding' is "Smart ........." hence the name!
