Problems with WB site & IE 7

(1/2) > >>

pszilard:
Hi, I am having problems with my site www.remektek.com.au when viewing with IE 7. But only on some computers. Take a look and if you can tell me why, I would be grateful.

Thanks...

pszilard:
I have discovered that my problem is not template related so I am transferring this thread to the general Help thread.

As I've had no response to this, I would like to ask again, "Please Help". Thanks.

kweitzel:
Hi Paul,

maybe the issue is, that nobody was able to recreate this issue with your site ... why don't you post a screenshot with a bit more explanation of what you see and how it is supposed to look.

Anyway, on a general note: Please always provide Screenshots together with descriptions ... additionally a link might help troubleshootinig.

[EDIT] I removed your double post [/EDIT]

cheers

Klaus

pszilard:
Hi Klaus,

Thanks for removing the obsolete post.

Here is what it looks like on "Bad" IE 7:

And here is what it looks like, correctly, on "Good" IE7 (on another PC):

My Firefox toolbar showed an ! and when I mouse over it, it displayed the following message:

I think that this is probably a clue, but I can't figure it out exactly.

LINK to live web site. Note: all other browsers seem to work ok, and the problem exists on every template I've tried. My guess is that it is some access permission issue, but I just figure it - why it works on most but not all PCs!

Thanks in advance

Ruud:
Just observing..

First, your template is not found by that one browser.
Secondly, the page (/wb/pages/welcome.php) is not found, it is displaying the 404 page. (it exists)
Third, the image you have on your 404 page is not found.

I bet it is just one computer that has this problem.
I bet that one computer has more trouble looking at websites.
