Hi Irene,

Yes i also told that, and today i went to the customer and we talked about it and they agreed that it is maybe not a good idea, so we gonna try to move the element somewhere else. I'll let it know when it is moved and hope again on some reply's with new idea's/improvements.

IE6 works now!

Only.... you customer has a styleguide wich precribes how they like to see it?

What they probably don't know that what works in print never works on the web.....

The customers just won't notice the menu if you place it at right-bottom.....
Web-visitors follow the sign F when they screen a website
First header than go back left-to the middle than back to the left- to right and down to the left. They will never notice righ bottom.

I just followed a usibility class where this was underlined with several eye-tests.

UPDATE
Updated the menu, now it is the same as on some other advertisings below the VERKOELEN sign. And the double images are replaced and some colour fixes. Still a lot to do but lets hear what you think of it now :)

Ogierini:
Hi Bram,

Better it is in the F sign at least  :-D

Very nice site, a welcome difference from most typical 3 columns+header sites (that I make myself most of the times as well...).

That could be better yes, but on the papers the company is using, they have the same "layout" and thats why i made a flash menu of it (could also be done with javascript but dont know javascript that good). The site is about to get launched, the company i'm making it for was very pleased with the design, they told me what they want and this was what they want as they said.

@ Argos
Thanks for the comment, it is different then 3 column header sites, and i like it only i think on large screens it is not that nice that the site is aligned on the right side of the screen, most people are not used to that, but the people who are visiting are generally people that dont have widescreens and they use just a home and kitchen pc (dutch expression) :P
