New Site for Dog Park Fundraiser

Have used WB for each implementation of this fundraiser (3 years), but really changed the styling and design elements this year.

Meant to be content rich.  Still working on adding content.

Like the site a lot. Very nice lay-out and menu style. 

The only thing that 'irritated' me were the dashed borders that you see throughout the website. Personally I would give them a nice solid border (1 px) with a lightgrey/green color. But hey that's personal haha
