My first commercial WebsiteBaker Site
« on: September 28, 2008, 02:32:51 PM »
Hi guys,
I've been using WB since 3months now and last month I launched my first commercial site with WB. Can't believe how easy to handle it is. My clients love to edit content and regard it more as a hobby rather than actual work.
Thanks for all you busy bees making OpenSource possible and great projects feasable! :-)

Here is the link (German site):
www.praxis-fuer-innere-medizin.de

Looks nice.

But you have here:
http://praxis-für-innere-medizin.de/account/login.php

the Icon from the backend.
Thats no good.

Another thing:
You are using this JS scroll.
For this purpose the whole page is a little to long.
My resolution 1024px width with FF and some FF Plugins in the upper bar brings me in the situation that I also have to use the default scrollbar at the right side in order to see the Address/Phone etc.

Regards,
Stefek

@joha

wich Version of WB did you use? The backend design seems to be from a early WB 2.7 RC candidate.

very nice looking layout, i like the template, clean and all. But as already mentioned you have 2 scrollbars, one for the content and 1 for the whole site (to see the address and all) maybe fix that, i'm running on a notebook (widescreen) but i think there are more people with such configuration as you see a lot of notebooks in the homes of people.

But a nice clean layout! Nice job. (havent checked the source like CSS and all)

It looks very nice and clean. I don´t like the scroll thing, but the rest it´s nice.
Now, tell me something: How did you build the left menu? Did you modified the show_menu snipet or it´s just "hand made"?
