No, this is Lightbox2 - and a little css-styling.

This template can't install in localhost, why?

I don´t know - maybe You have a problem with Your local server.
I made everything with a local installation and cannot reproduce - it is installing fine.
But You can make a folder studio in the template-folder - unzip all files in this folder - go to WB-backend and reload templates.
And You are done.
